Our stapleset bed brush tables are used in a variety of applications in the fabrication industry. The tables provide a large work area surface for optimum load density and allow the materials to move freely in multiple directions in a scratch, scuff, and blemish-free environment.

PATTERN OPTIONS
We can customize the bristle diameter, height, and distance between tufts in order to accommodate various load densities and scratch-sensitive materials.
BASE OPTIONS
The base is typically made of gray PVC but also available in HDPE, UHMW, brass, aluminum, and Phenolic CE. Bases can range from 1/4″ to 1″ thick.

BRISTLE MATERIAL FILL
The nylon filament that is stapleset into the PVC or HDPE base comes in a variety of diameters depending on the gauge of metal you are working with and can be trimmed to length to best suit your application. Flame-retardant and brass options are available for high heat applications.
