This was the better mousetrap until brush panels for the turret industry were investigated and perfected. Today, most turret presses have brush panels covering 100% of the contact surface. The question of the noise-reducing and scratch-eliminating properties of brush has long been answered. However, there are still hundreds of existing, perfectly functioning turrets that continue to operate with roller ball tables. RBT and a few serious customers have combined knowledge to solve this problem. By converting to brush tables, these turrets can now function “scratch-free” in order to meet modern-day standards.
About Our Process
Our goal is to make the very best replacement brush panels for your application, regardless of your turret's age, model, or design. We understand that a company receiving 22-gauge polished copper has different requirements from a company receiving 12-gauge cold-rolled steel. Some applications require design flexibility of the brush panels to meet the “weakest” design feature of the material being fabricated. With our years of hands-on experience, we can help match the brush panel design to eliminate scratches on your particular metal, whether it is satin finish, textured, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, or galvanized steel.
