Rollerball Conversion
This was the better mousetrap until brush panels for the turret industry were investigated and perfected. Today, the majority of turret presses have brush panels covering 100% of the contact surface. The question of the noise-reducing and scratch-eliminating properties of brush has long been answered. However, there are still hundreds of existing, perfectly functioning, turrets that continue to operate with roller ball tables. RBT and a few serious customers have combined knowledge to solve this problem. By converting to brush tables these turrets can now function “scratch-free” in order to meet modern day standards.
About Our Process
Our goal is to make the very best replacement brush panels for your application regardless of age, model, or design of your turret. We understand that a company receiving 22-gauge polished copper has different requirements than a company receiving 12-gauge cold roll steel. Some applications require design flexibility of the brush panels to meet the “weakest” design feature of the material being fabricated. With our years of hands-on experience, we can help match the brush panel design to eliminate the scratches on your particular metal, whether it is satin finish, textured, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, or galvanized steel.
