PEM Support

The "PEM" system is universally employed for attaching some type of fastener to sheet stock.  Typically many fasteners are applied which means that the sheet stock has to be manipulated to the PEM fixture.  Roller balls are one method of support of the sheet stock.  When there are many inserts per surface, these roller balls hinder the operator in finding the exact location for the PEM insert.

There is a better option; brush circles.  This system will allow the attached fasteners to freely float without interference in positioning for the PEM tool and most importantly, this brush circle system provides a scratch free support surface.  The brush circle can be designed for the proper support for any style or size of fastener.
